Controller
YuSMP Group ("we", "us") is the data controller for personal data processed through this website and our sales activities. You can reach our data protection officer at sales@yusmpgroup.com.
What data we process
We process the personal data you provide through forms (name, work email, company, project brief, budget indication), data we receive when you email us, and limited technical data collected by the website (IP address, user agent, referrer, page views) for security and analytics.
Purposes and lawful basis
We use your data to respond to your enquiry and prepare proposals (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR — pre-contractual measures), to operate and secure our website (Article 6(1)(f) — legitimate interests), and to comply with legal obligations such as accounting (Article 6(1)(c)). Marketing communications are sent only with your prior consent (Article 6(1)(a)).
Recipients and transfers
Your data is processed inside the EU/EEA. Limited service providers (hosting, email, analytics) act as processors under signed Data Processing Agreements. Where any transfer outside the EU/EEA is necessary, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses and additional safeguards.
Retention
Enquiry data is kept for 24 months after the last contact, unless a contract is signed (in which case statutory retention applies, typically up to 10 years for accounting records). Website logs are retained for 90 days.
Your rights
Under GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and port your personal data, to object to processing based on legitimate interests, and to withdraw consent at any time. You may also lodge a complaint with your national supervisory authority. To exercise your rights, contact sales@yusmpgroup.com.
US state privacy laws
We acknowledge and honor rights granted by US state consumer privacy statutes, including the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA/CPRA), the Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act (VCDPA), the Colorado Privacy Act (CPA), the Connecticut Data Privacy Act (CTDPA), the Utah Consumer Privacy Act (UCPA), the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act (TDPSA) and the Oregon Consumer Privacy Act. Where these laws apply to you, you have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, to request its deletion, to correct inaccurate information, and to opt out of any sale or sharing of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not sell personal information for money. To exercise these rights, contact sales@yusmpgroup.com — we verify requests and respond within the statutory window applicable to your state.
Cookies
We use a minimal set of strictly necessary cookies and consented analytics cookies. You can manage preferences through your browser and our consent banner.
